It’s easier now the baby is crawling, well, mostly easier because he can get to what he wants and move around independently, he was more frustrated when he couldn’t. Does mean he’s getting all of the toddlers stuff though and so I’m just really constantly helicoptering to remove him, or rebuild what he destroys, and stop my toddler from having a meltdown 🙃 I agree with Lesley, I just try to get out the house a lot with them! This morning is forest school, which helps wear the big boy out and makes the afternoon a lot calmer!
I usually go to the park 10-12:30 back for lunch and then the afternoon they will play. Today we are going to gymnastics its not structured and usually go to the park after but have decided to go to the farm. My oldest does do gymnastics lessons in addition, which is great for them. Swimming lessons too for both of them. I live for the weekends as swimming really burns them out and they sleep for hours 👌 Mums and tots groups as well are a life saver and soft play. Days I’m at home all morning I’m ready to jump out a window by 9:30/10am 😅 They just have so much energy to put and jumping on and off furniture. When they have had their energy burnt off them then it’s bliss. My youngest naps 10/11 / 2/3 My oldest will nap at 3:30/4:30 I mostly never get a bit where they are both sleeping. 🤣
Yes! I have to leave the house daily or I will go crazy.
