Distress when spending time with Bio Dad

I am feeling absolutely heart broken. My little one who is 17 months old screams their heart out for over 10 minutes when she is forced to have contact visitation with her biological dad. How do you mummas cope with this? I feel so helpless and like I’m not doing my job as a mum which is to protect my child.
