My littles are 15 months apart to the day. We prepared my son with a book that’s about big brothers and what they do and how exciting it is. Getting a gift for the “baby to give” to your oldest at the hospital. Asking oldest for help by helping with getting wipes out, or picking out their outfits, etc. —- anything that helps them feel included!

my sons sister is almost two and he was born in july how we “prepared” her in a way is we got a baby doll and just let her use it as gentle use so she can get use to “helping” as she would say and we also made it known she was having a baby brother we pointed at my belly watched videos about being a big sister as screen time kid friendly obviously and when he came home she was absolutely obsessed with him and loves taking naps by him hopefully this helps congratulations on ur baby!!!
