Any program that focuses on building your deep core are the best. Pilates is usually very good for this and strength programs that focus on your deep core 🤗
Lauren fitter has free videos on YouTube. I used those at first and then bought the birth recovery program by Nancy Anderson. Love it

Hi, as someone who had terrible pelvic floor after my 2nd pregnancy I can honestly say that good fitness helped. The paid program for the mom body was really helpful and in glad I did it, I no longer pee when I sneeze or jump anymore.
