Hey! I gave birth in there last year. I had it written in my birth plan and also told the midwives that’s what I wanted to do. It was honestly such a nice environment to give birth 🥰 I’m not sure about the space etc though I just know when I went in there was a room available - I do remember my partner calling up about 30 mins before we got there so I’m assuming when you do the same they’d let you know if there’s space or not… Wish you all the best Xxx

You definitely can! I’d also say don’t worry if you end on labour. I ended up on labour ward as my waters broke first with nothing happening. My midwife went to the birth centre and took a speaker, fairy light, candles, diffuser and light projector and turned my labour room into a birth centre room without the pool. All I’d wanted was a water birth but this touch actually made a huge difference to me mentally and I was so appreciative of her
I had my birth in the birthing centre! It was on my birth plan and I didn’t know if I would get it but there was plenty of space. I had such a good experience there and had probably the best birth I could have had.
