I randomly found her after my csection and started doing her exercises 😁 I didn't stick to them like i should have but plan on starting back up at the gym within the next week and will start adding them back into my routines 😁
I don't have any particular recommendations because I really only walked and everything slowly got better. But from my experience and what I heard from others: If you are less than 4 months postpartum try to be patient with your body. It takes time to recover. I looked so different at 6 months pp than in the first few.
Walking outside dieting also doing weightlifting also doing incline on the treadmill for 30 to 45 minutes I have been doing this and have seen incredible changes to my stomach and my entire body also doing standing crunches and knee marches to your stomach but do you want to work on doing some pelvic floor exercises? This will help close you up pretty well and build muscle again. That is what I am incorporating as well at least 2 to 3 times a week pelvic floor exercises. Look them up and start doing them.
Walking is slowing making a difference for me! I’ve been walking for 2 miles per day with the baby
Take a look at guidedfitmama on Instagram! She has a few programs you can purchase or you can just find some of her exercises on her posts on her page. She gives little "add these to your workout" videos 😁
