c section scar

I didn’t have that exactly but once my c section started healing I had a lot of scar tissue that made the area not look “smooth” if you know what I mean.

Could that be where they put your drain for the surgery? I’d definitely get checked just in case

I have the same thing. I’m 10 weeks pp and have noticed that it has reduced in size slightly. I have been doing scar massage so not sure if that has helped and / or if the lump is actually scar tissue. I’ve had my 6 week check up and there were no concerns with my scar or how looked.

I’m 7 months pp and it’s still there 😅 Scar massage hasn’t helped me 🙈

I had it. I got it checked out, it was nothing major but just fluid build up. They gave me high dose antibiotics and I was well at the completion of the course. I even stopped taking pain medication.

I have it too, it’s scar tissue and build up of blood, I’ve been doing scar tissue massages and it’s gone down

Yes it has good done I’m a little over 1 year pp it’s still there but reallllllly tiny it almost feels like a pimple now

@Karen when and how to do scar tissue massage?

Yes is normal, I had a massive lump I thought it was a ‘hernia’ type thing so got checked and it’s just normal tissue healing I still have a little bump now and my baby is 20 months it comes and goes I feel it more when I’m feeling run down x
