Induction postponed 🫠

I was due to have an induction at 40weeks for high risk medical reasons but my induction got delayed for 4 days due to it being really busy on the ward. Frustrating but nothing that can really be done until a bed becomes available unfortunately :( just try keep positive you never know baby might make their entrance on their own before ur induction. With my first I was 41+5 when he came spontaneously xx

I was induced on September 26th at 12:30 midnight and had my baby September 28th at 2am xx

So overall around 50 hours after induction started xx

I was induced on 8/9 (37+5)at 4:18pm , baby girl arrived 9/9 at 7:03pm x

I've just been induced now at 8pm and was meant to be induced yesterday at 10am but the ward was too busy. Not given birth yet obviously but been told that it could take a few days to a week depending on how my body and baby react to the hormones (got hormone pessary induction)

I should have been induced on Wednesday 11th due to high risk pregnancy but wasn’t induced until Monday 16th due to short staffing and no room on delivery suite to break my waters 🙃🙃 I was pretty much breaking down every single day crying from stress due to all the risks associated with my high risk pregnancy, the midwives were so apologetic but there was nothing they could do Anyway they eventually got me a bed on delivery at 4am Monday, waters broken at 4:45am and baby boy was born 8:06am the same day. Was very quick but he was my second baby

Inducted 29th August at 5:30am and had my little girl at 2:56am on the 30th of August. X
