I really love the Lovevery subscription box or you can just buy one box at a time. It comes with toys specific for that age and a little book on how to use them for development! We just finished the newborn box and are onto the 3-6 month box and my little one has really used everything in there! It’s also really nice to have some direction of fun things to do with them. I also love the wonderweeks app it’s a couple dollars and gives you insight into what’s happening with their development week by week and activities to do with them to help foster that. I’ve loved both!
I don’t remember exactly how old my daughter was when she got this but it was one of her first favorite toys! https://a.co/d/cYXbwOR
High contrast books and crinkle books were my sons favorites

Second the Oball it’s great! We got the fisher price kick n play piano when my baby was a few months old and she still loves that and plays on it every day. And anything that she can chew on!
My daughter is 17 weeks and for the past 6 weeks she’s loved the kick and play piano , she’s just started grabbing at the toys which dangle down over her . We also have a bag of sensory bits she loves her squeaky toys i have rattles she can hold and she loves those chiffon scarves i float them above her or drape them over her she gets a tickle out of it 😂 for tummy time we had a roll pillow by nuby , found it in aldi but she doesn’t really need it now - i just lay her on her front and place bits in front of her like the rattles to grab and i have some light up musical instruments from b&m she likes to look at ☺️
Sensory items - high contract black and white cards, crinkly toys.
High contrast cards, books, rattles, grab ball, light up toys, I also put some of the rattles and grab toys in a small dish of water so he can splash around in it with his hands during tummy time, I also made my little boy a sensory box (I taped together 2 empty nappy boxes and covered the inside with foil, got some fairy lights and put them round the top - on the foil and put different materials hanging from top so he can look and feel)
Hey, you don't need much.. a change of scenery, going for walks, going outside, etc is pretty stimulating for a bub.
