Yes we had the same issue but couldn’t size down for the waist as his legs are too long. I’m just more selective about what trousers I buy. I don’t know if they do the same in the girls section but I’ve found h&m trousers/ jeans to be the best because they have button and elastic adjusters on the waistband to make them smaller.
Yes, we had that issue, but I found if we find "new" clothes in the same size they fit. I think a lot of ours are stretched from cloth rather than her actually needed 12-18 in every brand.
@Jess I have the same issue with legs 😂 even the elastic in some brands are too big🤦
@Becky I might try that actually... I've just bought all her winter stuff and it's too big poor kid was running round the park and her leggings were at her knees 😂
Yes my son has gone back into 12-18 month trousers. 18-24 are too big and he's 3 in November. Adjustable waists are good. Luckily my MIL warned me to keep his younger trousers for when he wasn't in a nappy as nothing would fit
@Kayleigh hahah bless her 🤣 I used to do it with her pjs aswell as they got too big for her 😂
Yep! I had to tumble dry some of his bigger joggers and I had just sized up! In the summer he could get in a 6-9 month shorts without the nappy when we first started potty training 😂 his waist is so slim
Yeah try and size down or pull them together at the back and wrap a little bobble around for now if that makes sense and put her tshirt over the top so you can't see it x
