Started yoga at 6 weeks and then started jogging at 8 weeks. Took a few months to regain my stamina and endurance but by 5m I was running races again. Try parkrun, you can take the pram and jog/speed walk to get your stamina going again xx

Started doing a specific post natal Pilates program at 7 weeks to get my score working again and then I think I was 10 weeks PP when I went out for a plod. Don't put too much pressure on yourself, I just went out for 15 minutes then upped the time a wee bit whenever I went out after that. I'm now 20 weeks PP and do two 5kms a week or one 5km and one longer one depending on weather. So don't put pressure on yourself, walk when you need to, and just try and enjoy the time you have on your own 😂
@Jen I just pushed my normal one, I used an Ocarro when she was little. Lots of parents go, some pushing prams and some wearing toddlers on their back 🤣
@Sarah good to know! I’ll give that a try! I was wondering how I would be able to get out regularly without my baby so the pram would be super helpful
