Hi Jo, I’m so sorry to hear you’re experiencing this & struggling. I battled with PND with my first 2 children and fear it after I’ve given birth in January. It can feel like a lonely place to be & insane guilt for not enjoying what people say should be the happiest time of your life. Please remember you’re human, hormonal changes can be a huge factor & also becoming a mum in general is bloody hard! Be kind to yourself, try and get out for a walk once a day if you can for fresh air & please message anytime. Never struggle alone ❤️
I started sertraline and it has absolutely changed my life for the better! It takes a while to kick in but I have no plans to stop it xx
