When so many bad things happen it can only mean that really good things are coming, just focus on your family and be a good person and I’m sure life will reward you
I am so sorry all of that is happening to you. I can definitely understand the being the only one working part. My husband decided to give his two weeks at work while I’m still on maternity leave, with no other job in mind. We want to keep our baby sitter which means we have to pay her even if the kids are at home. My check isn’t big enough to cover all of that, so we will have to use our savings for some of it. I’m very stressed, but he doesn’t seem to be.
@Amz thank you for that.. 🥲 means so much that there are so many supportive moms on here. I feel like I can’t talk to anyone..
@Arline thank you for that mama ♥️ I will try and keep that in mind..
@Nicole thank you for reading all that.. ♥️ I’m sorry your husband doesn’t seem to worry as much as us moms do.. I’m sorry you have to go through that as well.. it’s not a very great situation. Let’s hope our men can find another job easily.. mine does not want to go back to his job so hoping something changes because I don’t know if I can be the only one for this long. He’s going through things too due to bad childhood and his mom OD’ing couple years ago so I try not to push him but I’m the only one working and taking care of kids at the moment he’s very checked out.
I am very sorry to hear that both for him and for you. Being the one that does everything is definitely not easy at all. And I totally understand what you mean by not trying to push him but still wanting him to push himself. That’s exactly where I’m at. I’m trying to punch him toward the company I work for, since he has no idea what he wants. I just don’t want it to be something he will regret later.
So sorry mama. You’re doing an amazing job. Life can be really unfair at times. You gotta always be able to pick yourself back up or you’ll be stuck in a loop hole. It’s gonna be okay. Keep pushing for your family. Push papa to get another job if he doesn’t like where he is. Send him links to other jobs so he can be motivated to step back out again. But in the meantime you keep pushing.
You are doing great mamma! I know things might seem hopeless sometimes, but you just gotta keep going and don’t give up hope. I agree with @Arline, perhaps your fiancée taking a break from his job will lead him to finding a better job. Also be grateful it was only the car that got hurt, and not you guys and baby! Cars are replaceable and I’m sure there was a reason it happened, like when I got into a car accident and totaled my car, it really sucked and I was really sad, but a family friend had an old car with barely any miles on it that they offered to me for such a good deal, so I was able to use the insurance money from my car being totaled to pay for it, and still a lot of cash leftover… and didn’t have a car payment anymore! So it ended up working out …. You never know what good things might be on their way to you!
Sending hugs and just know that it’s worth living on for you and your son. You’re going through a rough patch and things will get better 🫶 don’t be so hard on yourself! You’re trying to do the best and be the best as you can. ❤️
