I’m so sorry to hear you’re going through a tough time. There’s some days I feel like that too, I’m 37 weeks pregnant and tbh most days have been tough. If you speak to your GP they can refer you to talking therapies or you can self- refer. There’s also some prenatal therapies available so ask your midwife or you can google them in your local area. There’s some charity run ones. There’s a charity called home start and they have some volunteers that can come help you at home if you need it. My husband’s aunt volunteered with them for about a year. https://www.home-start.org.uk/find-your-nearest-home-start
Speak to your GP or midwife. Did you stop your meds with advice, slowly reduce etc? A lot of meds are safe to take whilst pregnant & breastfeeding. There are talking therapies available, specialist teams (perinatal). Also, it's so hard when toddlers are being little arseholes. I am currently struggling with my patience levels & trying to remember he's had a big life change (moving).
I’d speak to your midwife as soon as you can and explain the situation. You CAN cope, it’s just the mechanisms you rely on for coping have shifted and you need support to identify where you can get support from xxx
