Age 3 sleep regression?

Mines been the same for over a month but I’m a teacher so I’m unsure if it’s due to separation anxiety now that I’m back at work or part of a regression. Or maybe both 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes my LG is waking up during the night asking for her light on and other things ..hoping it settles down soon xx
