Confused? Maybe you can help

Hello everyone, so I am an Air Force mom and I’ve been in for 3 1/2 years about to cross train and I have to go back to tech school. (I’m currently in the air national guard) I am married and I was wondering if there was someway that I could grant my mom temporary guardianship of my son since I will be away. He has my husband, which is his father, but due to some issues that we’ve been having I would feel much more comfortable having an extra set ofhands involved with my son’s care. Is this even possible or not possible since he’s legally and biologically his father

I would see if you have a Legal Assistance office and talk with a JAG to tell you the process. Usually these sort of items are lined out in a custody agreement. But it's possible a In Loco Parentis power-of-attorney may be enough as long as his dad agrees.
