Siatica ?
Hi guys,
i’m 21 week pregnant and have really sore pains on my left side near my hip going down my leg is this siatica? If so, what will help it 😅 if not what could it be and what will have that 😅

I had really painful hips during my pregnancy. A smiley belt helped. I also saw a physio who gave me stretches and exercises too
