GRANNY PANTIES. Also if you add a nice thick padding to the section area it will reduce irritation and moisture getting in
Babygo do postpartum compression knickers which are also period pants. Super comfy
Tena adult nappies to start and then cotton M&S full briefs that come in multipacks that are 2 sizes too big.
I used the frida mom c -section underwear and these underwear from amazon are so soft and comfy! They are called "kindred bravely high waist postpartum underwear"
Tena disposable underwear kept me sane. I couldn’t have anything else touching my incision than those!
I used the Asda maternity full briefs, £10 for a pack of 5 of the lacy ones
Asda high waisted knickers I found the comfiest
Highwaisted disposable briefs, got mine from Boots. Incontinence pants are also good
Frida disposable c-section underwear. It's a little expensive but so so worth it in those early days as you can just rip them off without bending. After this just any high waisted cotton briefs will do.
ALWAYS boutique disposable underwear! It’s literally the best! I lived in mine until I was 3 weeks pp and then got some super high waisted knickers. I’ve only just returned to my pre-pregnancy underwear and I’m 17 weeks pp
M&S do these super comfy, soft, big high waisted black knickers that I lived in! They were pretty cheap, I got them in store and I sized up to allow for stretch. They weren’t just cotton they were kinda mixed with Lycra, deffo recommend xx
High brief size 18 primark knickers in black I used they came way above the csection scar , breathable fabric and don’t look gross from blood stains
I also wore the biggest size tena lady diapers. As you can rip them off at the sides no need to bend and are cheap and u can chuck away in the first few days. I bought 2 packs I think and had loads left over
@Danielle I did the exact same 😂

Get grannd panties and size up twice from your usual size. Preferably black. And ugly is more comfortable 🤣
I loved the Frida mama disposable boy short underwear. They were not specified just for c section but I honestly contemplated buying them for regular wear 😆
Frida mom! AMAZING
I used Tena’s panties and then opted for good old M&S high waisted knicks. It’s not a time for looking or feeling by sexy so save the lace for later. Comfort is key! Xx
Ohh M&S knickers is a good idea. I’ll have a look. Thanks so much!
I wore adult nappies till the bleeding stopped (high waisted) like Tena, then went to full granny pants to avoid any irritation in that area 🤍
