Daughter is congested

She’s so congested she is having trouble sleeping. I tried the nose frida to suck out the boogers but it’s not helping. Any suggestions. I feel bad she’s miserable and can’t sleep which in turn means I’m not sleeping.

My daughter too, my pediatrician recommended saline before the booger sucker, ibuprofen before bed and Tylenol every 4-6 hours. I was also recommended to prop her head up. These are all through my pediatrician. I’m also running a cool mist humidifier in the house

Nose saline drops about 1 minute before using the nose sucker so that way it loosens and softens the boogers (to make it easier to suck it out and to not damage their nostrils). Using a humidifier and doing steam baths. Get the bathroom nice and steamy (you can run the shower hot for a couple minutes) and then run a bath and do bath for your baby. If it’s not a bath time, you can also just bring your baby in the bathroom while you run the shower on hot so they can still sit in the steam

humidifier!!! always does the trick. also try and get her to sleep slanted up a little for example putting a couple books underneath her crib mattress or rolled up blankets so that she on an incline if that makes sense. laying flat can make a nostril clog and my baby only would sleep that way when sick or being held up right which is of course exhausting. hope she recovers soon 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Baby Vicks Vapor rub helps a lot.

When all else fails I swear by steaming the bathroom and standing in there for a few minutes

@Lissette yes the humidifier is a game changer! I love it for me to
