3 month old sleeping alot

Heyyyyy didn't know if anyone has experienced this with there little one or are going through something similar. My little ones 3months and a couple days and he's suddenly very sleepy, he was like it when he had his last set of vaccinations but it's been over a week now since he had them. He also doesn't have a temp or anything like that. But seems to have the snuffles but has had them for a while and doesn't usually sleep this much. I can wake him if needs be but he's so sleepy today I woke him up for a feed. I didn't know if it's a growth spurt or should I be concerned... Health visitors say drinking is tiring and naps are common. Not a clue 🤔
