Rolling over in sleep
Guys I need advice 😭 we are currently going through 8 month sleep regression and my daughter keeps rolling over in her sleep and waking her self up. Anyone else experience this? She refuses to roll herself back over. I’m struggling

My son used to do this constantly. Unfortunately there's nothing you can do about them moving in their sleep unless you're awake to stop them from rolling. My son now goes back to sleep after rolling. Or he'll just fall asleep on his belly. As long as you put her in there on her back and alone wherever she goes is okay 🙂
