@Leslie how would I pace feed? I believe it is that because baby gulps fast and everything!
My son just did the same last night. I don’t think there’s need for concern they probably gulped down too much too fast. I remember my let down being way too fast for my first and I’m sure it’s the same reason he did it last night. If I nurse reclined back some it helps!
You would let them get a few sucks down and then just angle or pop it out so they take a breathe. Also try to burp in between cause gas could also cause that to happen if they took in a lot of air
@Sierra if it happens more than once than yes it is concerning well they told me at the Dr. if they have forceful vomits I would have to let them know and bring my baby in. But it was just this morning for the first time!
@Leslie I do pop her up to an angle and try to not put the bottle all the way down to her but ima burp her more in between and see if that helps 😊 thank you
Yes, sorry I thought I added that too! That a one time thing shouldn’t be. Hopefully it isn’t a repetitive thing! ❤️
@Sierra no worries girl and yes hopefully not, how about your baby ? Haven’t had it anymore ? ❤️
No, just the one thank goodness! He did spit up quite a bit earlier but was not near like the other. It was bc he absolutely refuses to burp after eating 🤦🏼♀️
@Sierra awh that is most definitely why then 😩☹️
Try pace feeding. My son used to vomit because he ate too fast. My second son handled feeding better and my newbie is struggling with feedings as well and has to be pace fed.
