Bleeding at 4 weeks

Hi everyone I’m 4 weeks 3 days pregnant and for 2 days now I have been spotting brown and having period cramps. Just now I have red spotting not a lot but it’s there and it’s red. I am very sad and lost. I can’t go to my GP cause they are closed back open on Monday. I can’t go to the early pregnancy unit because it says in there website you must be over 6 weeks to be seen. What is this and what should I do now? Do I wait until Monday ? Do I wait until it gets heavier ? Where do I go if the early pregnant unit won’t see me because I am not 6 weeks pregnant? I am just so lost and sad.

I’m 4w+4D pregnant and I’ve been bleeding since peak ovulation brown and red I got a number from my doctor to book my first midwife appointment and they said it was to early but I then told them about the bleeding they then got me to contact the early pregnancy unit and I got my first blood test and was only 258hcg so I’ve to go every 2 days now to get checked it’s never to early

I had bleeding with my second and it was heavy I went to hospital told me I was having a miscarriage, she’s now 12! I was having positive test the whole time while bleeding so idk if she was a twin or what but it was blood blood red like normal period! 8 days long so keep testing if you go to hospital they can test levels then you can go back in two days and they check the numbers if they go up I went two days after they told me my levels was 10 and I went to the doctors two days later he said well cervix not open not must mean you passed the baby they was gonna do a dnc if it was open so basically meaning they would have killed my girl! She was thriving idk what made me say how am I still getting dark positive test if I miscarried he said that’s werid before we do dnc let’s check levels one more time and it was in thousands!
