QEQM C Section planned 36 + 3 days

I am super worried that my baby will just come earlier than the C section date planned sometime during the 39 week mark (still waiting for a date to be confirmed). I am due to see the consultant on Monday to reconfirm the c section timing as had my growth scan earlier this week that shows baby growing nicely. My first I was induced at 39 weeks as baby stopped growing at 38 weeks and my labour was super fast like 40 mins and water broke first before any contractions went from 2cm dilated to 8-9cm in 5 mins. Nurses didn’t believe me that I needed to push until it was too late and was pushing whilst they were rushing me to the delivery room. I am scared that I may not make it to the hospital in time if baby comes sooner and also had third degree tearing due to the quickness of the birth. I wonder if I can request a c section at 38 weeks or if this is just a no go at all.
