Anyone’s baby attending Towers Tiny Tots Day Nursery?

Hi all, I’m looking to move my 15months old away from his current nursery to this one. Do your kids go here? How’s the care and cleanliness? Two main reasons we’re moving away are: 1. I’m not convinced about their cleanliness. For example on two accounts on Monday mornings I’ve asked for my child’s straw cup and both times looks like the cup had not been washed for over a week. Both times there were loads of particles around cup and the sippy area was brown surrounded by other black particles. The second time this happened, it was the manager who brought me the cup and I showed her the sippy area. But at pickup, I was given the cup to take home, wash and return daily. While I don’t have a problem washing the cup it just tells me if I make further complaints I’ll be met with a passive aggressive behavior. 2. Specific Information about my child’s care doesn’t get passed down. There’s always someone different handling the kids class everyday so whoever attends to them today may not pass on care information to the next person the next day. He’s been attending for 6 months and still never wants to stay when I drop off. I thought by now he’d be looking forward to going there, maybe it’s just him or maybe he just doesn’t like the place.
