** Sunday I went to a hospital in the Bronx bc I believed I was experiencing constipation for the last few days, they run test & tell me I need surgery to remove my appendix. They transfer me to another one of their hospitals in the area. Once I get there Sunday night they say I will get surgery that night, however that didn’t happen. Monday morning comes and I am scheduled for 7 am, they say “oh there is other emergencies so you’ll have wait.” 9:15 comes and they say the same thing. Meanwhile, they are ONLY giving me Tylenol for this pain. FINALLY, I get surgery, after the surgery they tell me my appendix was ruptured. I told them yes that’s because you waited so long to get me into surgery, I told them I was screaming snd crying for someone to help me or give me stronger medication and they wouldn’t. Right out of surgery this worker was arguing on the phone w her bf & literally DRAGGED me by the blanket onto the next bed. I told her I just got out of surgery and said “oh I didn’t know.”
