Brown blood is usually old blood that's been released! So id go based off your last actual period! If your test is saying 3+ id say you're somewhere around 5 weeks ish x
It can be quite normal to have some spotting around that time due to implantation of the embryo into the lining of your womb. If it continues or you are worried then I'd go to your GP.xx
@Amiee so my last actual period before the brown blood was 8th August C
So that would put you around 10 weeks wow! Unless you've ovulated since then I would get you registered for a midwife asap and if private scans are something you can afford id look into getting on to see if you can get an idea as to how far along you are ☺️ are your periods usually regular?
@Amiee yeah they only ever last 2/3 days max and last month like I said was just brown blood which was unusual
I didn’t know how many weeks I was when I found out I was pregnant at my first midwife appointment she booked me in for an emergency scan (only called this as you end up going within a few days or I did, which for me was actually the next day) and then they can date you accordingly ☺️ x
Agree with above, sounds like implantation bleeding, better having a scan to know how far along you are. Tell them about the bleeding too. Congratulations
You can also take a digital pregnancy test that shows weeks, if that helps!
