We’ve been in this phase for a little while now.. I have a permanent ankle bracelet if I dare to move anywhere except sat by his side 🙈
Literally going through this right now with my 1 year old, I can’t leave the room without being chased, and it’s only recently it’s happened
Haha yep 🥲🫠😅
My youngest has always been like having a little koala bear😅 She's always been attached to my side. I do remember my eldest going through a phase of always wanting to be near me. That was more when we were around other people though. Separation anxiety is a normal developmental phase, it will pass.
Same mine , attached to my hip 😅.
Mine was like this for a month & now is back to indie play again and way more chill x
Yes same here wandering why ?
Yea same here, she’s one in 2 weeks and the past week she’s always at my ankles
Yeah my little boy is also! He’s gone all this time without caring what I’m doing but now he’s more aware he’s obsessed. I lowkey love it, until I have to actually carry out my motherly duties 🥲
We are dealing with this just now too 🥲 separation anxiety. Our little one is doing the exact same, even if I pick up my shoes he breaks his heart crying 😭. He’s also at night waking up crying looking for me, wimping in his sleep and at roughly the same time every night he is waking and fighting going back to sleep and all he wants to do is cuddle , If I put him down for a second he cry’s hysterical 🥲 We have been advised to keep to his routine and to try create an Attachment to a teddy bear or soft blanket just to give him a bit of comfort especially at night time. Last night he slept ten till around 2 with waking and crying. From then he was up till around 6 then slept to 9. Even taking away his afternoon nap didn’t help him sleep more at night. The mum guilt just hit me on this one as I’ve just a few weeks ago started back working 😭 He is with his daddy when I’m working as we work opposite shifts passing by each other and he’s only like this with me. Xxx
Yes I’m having this at the moment he’ll just scream and cry at me cos he wants to be picked up constantly and idk what to do even when I put him to sleep he’ll scream when I put him down I try comfort him and he just wants to be off
Yes! My son is constantly pulling at my legs etc if I move away. I now mostly sit on the floor when he’s playing so I’m his level and he tends to play independently that way x
