Taking things one day at a time and not being so hard on myself.

Zoloft

Yes, and Zoloft. This second pregnancy hit me like a ton of bricks in the first trimester and I was a literal zombie. I started Zoloft 50mg at 13 weeks and I will give birth next week. My Dr already told me she will double my dose to avoid falling into PPD. I'm still not my greatest self (also becauss physically this pregnancy has been awful, with nausea and vomiting still ongoing). But I can function successfully, get praised at work, my 2 year old son is happy and says he loves me, my husband is very involved in raising our son and in prepping for our second son. I really don't have much to complain about except dreading the challenges of the baby stage all over again.
