Baby pooing

My almost 9 month old usually has a dirty nappy every other day. However in less than 24h he has already taken 4 big poos and I don’t know if that is normal. It doesn’t look like diarrhoea but the last nappy was of a mustard color, lighter consistency and had little bits and some mucus. Has anyone experience this with their babies? What could be the cause? I have not introduced any new foods so I don’t know what could have been the reason of it. The only thing bothering him these days is teething. I can see a new tooth poping out. I will check with a health visitor tomorrow but curious to see if anyone can share some light xx
