Combined feeding

I did this when he was first born until I got a bigger supply. I’m now just doing breast but I express and bottle feed.

I’m doing both. She’s just over two weeks old and for the last few days we’ve been giving mostly formula because I’m struggling to find time to express now my husband is back at work. My wee one likes to be held constantly!

@Rosie I’m exactly the same as you. Do you think pumping is increasing your supply? Do you give top ups after every feed ? I’m not with every feed as sometimes he seems content after just breastfeeding x

I am nearly 4 weeks of doing, breastfeeding, exp, top up. Still not making enough ;(

I think breastfeeding is increasing my supply more than pumping because I'm pumping more on one boob because the nipple us damaged and my supply is worse on this boob. And I only do top ups if he's still wriggly :)
