Someone on another page also mentioned the water 😖 I already know it’ll be a struggle. I pray it gets better. I know plenty of moms that still offer the breast or bottle at night 😔
Have you guys tried a nighttime snack? We just started doing this with our 13 mo old. We do half a "That's It" bar (just apples & blueberries) OR a Fig Newton maybe an hour before bedtime. It's definitely helped her 😴 better through the night!
My Son turned 1 on the 18th and his pediatrician told me to give him no more than 24 ounces of cows milk a day. So we give him 8 ounces in the am and 8-10 at night before he goes to bed. He wakes up 1-2 nights wanting a bottle, it’s habitual at this point, we are weaning him off his night feeding so he’ll sleep through the night again. Last night was our first night offering him water in a sippy cup and he was livid, he cried for a few hours, it hurt my heart but I stayed strong. I went to his room multiple times and offered him water then I would leave the room. Pray for us that tonight is easier 🤞🏼
