Super fussy 7 month old

My little girl is refusing her naps and only seems to be having one proper nap a day at the moment along with a few little naps when we are out in the pram. She just screams and cries for ages if we try to put her down, to the point where she's nearly sick. Her two bottom teeth are half way through at the moment and she does have calpol and teething powder a few times week but I don't like her to have it too often as I know it isn't good for her. Because she's fighting and refusing her naps, by the time she has her tea at 5/5:30 she's exhausted and non stop screams and cries to the point where she's gagging because she's crying so much. She never does it at breakfast time though? I don't know what to do because it's honestly driving me mad. Is anyone else's little one doing the same?

If it’s teething affecting her sleep then I’d be giving calpol every 4-6 hours as directed on the instructions. Our LO was super grumpy for a week before her top teeth came through. If it’s not her teeth, has her sleep needs changed? Our LO only ever really refuses sleep when she isn’t tired enough. She recently pushed out from 2.5 to 3.5 hour wake windows and the change was quite sudden. We had to drop the third nap and bring her bedtime forward to 6.15/6.30 to compensate

We haven’t bothered with evening tea- and if baby was that tired, probably not worth it? I don’t think they need to be on three meals until 10months!? Perhaps needing some more comfort at naps if learning new skills!? Hopefully a phase for you all and needing some connection!? Def support through teething too! Fingers crossed they come through soon!
