Jet lag Australia-Europe with 16mo
Hello!
We are travelling to Europe from Australia for Christmas holidays, so we will be dealing with a 9 hour time difference 😅
Her current routine at home, roughly:
- 630-7pm bedtime
- 530-6am wake
- 11am-1pm nap
On the way to Europe, we could try to stick to her usual routine and the 2hr nap could take the edge off as we try to keep her awake throughout the day.
I might be more worried about coming back to Australia.
But any tips and tricks to get over the jet lag as soon as possible would be amazing!

We are going for Christmas too. We did the trip in June for her 1st birthday and it wasn’t too bad she got over the jet lag pretty quick 😊
