Regarding phenix centre does it have age restrictions?
Only an upper limit! I started going when my baby was 5 days old for the breastfeeding support and there were some there up to 4-6 months

Sutton have some fantastic free groups and resources! Baby group/infant feeding team/ weight station at the Phoenix Centre Fridays 10-12 is really good.
