I’m the same 😩 I think it’s probably hormone and digestion based because of all the extra calories and bodies working harder but it’s super annoying!! lol
You should be pooing regularly, if you have three meals a day.... three poops a day. I have a very high fibre diet so always very healthy regular movements. Otherwise it just sits in your digestion and rots.... 🤣
@Mikaila I don’t really eat anything if I’m honest even though breast feeding so I’m surprised I can even get anything out! I don’t like 90% of foods so it’s not easy to create meals 🥲
Not really! I’ve always struggled to go for a poop tbh 😂 I do it twice a week if I’m lucky. After birth it took me 9 days to have a poop (and I was taking that syrup to make you poop)
Yes! I used to go once every couple days, now it’s every day. I think it’s our increase in caloric intake. May be hormones quickening our digestive track🤷🏼♀️
