There’s quite a few bits on at Harrow arts centre, and headstone Manor Park has a Halloween trail on I’m pretty sure! If you can get a bit further, aldenham country park has a farm and walks and things there which is a nice day out, or in Watford shopping centre there’s a rock wall, bowling alley, cinema etc
