I will be. One of my OBGYNs is at Georgia OBGYN - Renita White.
I did but I don’t recommend my obgyn or that hospital. Hopefully it has changed since 2020 but I will never have any of my future kids there. They almost killed me.
@Kelsey what happened?
I am with Emory right now and I’m not liking it at all
Rushed me into an emergency c section I didn’t want. Never properly checked or cared for my incision. Assumed I had covid even though I tested negative everytime they tested me. Took my child away from me for 5 days because they “thought” even though my test were coming back negative that they were false or faulty. 4 infectious disease doctors all confirmed I didn’t have covid and they still wouldn’t release my daughter to me. Last doctor confirmed I had blood clots in my incision and needed a blood thinner because they were afraid they could travel because of how long they took to diagnose me. After gently reminding my nurse that she’s suppose to advocate for me, she finally stepped in and asked if I could take the blood thinners at home, and they agreed to allow me to do that so I could get my baby back in my care. I was in the hospital for 7 days and only saw my obgyn twice.

I'm here now after delivering but mine wasn't black.
I delivered at Northside back in March. My OBGYN was Dr. Leah Johnson but, I had my c-section with Juanita Wyatt-Hathaway. My son’s heart rate decreased so, I had to have an emergency c section. This is the OBGYN website, they were both great! I recommend them both, you’ll see their pics/info at the bottom of this link. https://www.aosphysicians.com/
During my prenatal visits, I was recommended to switch to Piedmont by a few people but I stayed with Northside.
Oh goodness these stories 🤯 I’m delivering at Emory right now but i do not like my experience so far. And I heard Northside was one of the best. But now I don’t even want to go there 😫
@Gabrielle I heard the best about Northside too which is why I picked them lol but honestly our negative experiences don’t mean everyone else’s will be. And I’m sorry Emory isn’t treating you right. I heard to avoid them unless it’s John’s Creek location
@Kelsey I watched your TT. Northside talked to me like that, too. They act like they’re in charge of your baby and treat you like a psych patient or threaten you when you speak up for yourself.
I was told not to go to that hospital and that from a nurse
@Naomi oh dang! Well Emory it is
I did. Her name is Dr. Lisa Price. Northside Atlanta
