@Bree Anna thank you so much for this message 🥺😫 it really helps!
@Bree Anna hi just wondering how did you confirm you ovulated at cd 24?
@Shannon my cycles are irregular. We've been TTC for almost 5 years now so I track everything about my cycles. I knew I was ovulating on CD 24 because the day before (CD 23) I was in the bathroom and noticed I had the stretchy egg white Cervical fluid (a tell-tell sign of ovulation about to occur) and then 1 week after ovulation I had my Progesterone blood draw and it showed I did ovulate.
2 best ways to check for ovulation = stretchy egg white Cervical fluid + 8 days after you get that, do a progesterone blood draw
I got pregnant this cycle and I peaked at day 21! Don’t lose hope! My cycle is usually 31-32 days
I think it depends on everyone to see what’s the best way to tell for my it’s by taking bbt because I have egg white cervical fluid a lot during my cycle and lh test never show when I spike. The best thing is find out what works while testing. The way I did it was I checked all 3 things during the month which is also a good idea anyways to help give yourself more data about your body. But good luck and I would say just keep testing.
@keirstyn tested again today and it went back up a little so it’s not dropping and my cycle is usually a little longer as well. Thank you for this 💕💕🤍
@Bree Anna thank you!!! I’m going to just keep testing twice a day and watch my cervical fluid as well! Thanks for mentioning that 💕💕💕
It can be really hard to tell when you're ovulating when you use LH testing. It definitely is the highest on that CD 17. I don't know if that was a surge though. Personally, I think the best way to tell when you're about to ovulate is looking for that stretchy egg white Cervical fluid. And don't get discouraged if you don't ovulate around CD 14. It's bull crap when doctors or test kits say that that's when women ovulate because that's based on women who have a normal 28 day cycle every month. Every woman is different, and it can take one woman CD 12 to ovulate and another CD 20 to ovulate. It just depends on what your cycles are like and your body. My last cycle I ovulated on CD 24. So don't let the CD number discourage you. ESPECIALLY if your cycles are not like what the textbooks and doctors say.
