@Isabella it does take 6 weeks usually to clear up all symptoms. If it's close to that check everything you're eating as likely something isnt soya or dairy free or is cross contaminated and is the cause orif everything is dairy and soya free it could be another allergy
i would definitely cut egg. If you're already DF it's pretty easy, just buy things marketed as vegan eg vegan mayo
@YazmynJade so if things say theyre made in a facility that has dairy or soy I shouldn’t eat it? I just thought if it was a direct ingredient I shouldn’t eat it
@Isabella you don’t usually have to avoid may contain, it would possibly be an issue if you have an ige baby but that would stop you from having almost everything. Just give it another couple of weeks and if nothing has changed look at things like egg. My little one is dairy and egg but fine with soya so it’s a bit of trial and error
@Isabella those are fine I more meant something has got one of those ingredients in but they've not listed it which is considered a form of cross contamination. My son was ige to dairy and is coeliac (gluten, wheat, oats, barley, rye) and we had a gluten free loaf off bread that said may contain due to the factory and he reacted immediately upon eating it as it turns out someone had cross contaminated the whole batch. After the 6 weeks do a food diary where each week you eat one allergen only for the week and see if any cause the symptoms to flare up and it'll help you work it out
@Isabella you don't have to avoid "may contain"
How long have you cut them out for?
