I used flasks with temp markers on, I bought them on amazon, I've known people to also use sterile cooking thermometers too 😊 x
I premake the formula for the night! If you put it in the fridge straight away after making it, it's perfectly good and safe for the next 24 hours! I think it's the easiest for me. You can just heat it up in the kitchen for a few minutes and that's it. Or get a tommee tippee flask bottle warmer. It's like £12. Fill it up with boiling water and bring it to your room 🙌

The best way I've always found is the hotshot method, you can do it with flasks if you have a flask of boiling water or a kettle in your room and a flask of cool boiled water x
