Am I over thinking or should I be concerned

I have an almost 16m old girl (16m on the 6th) My concerns are, Hand flapping occasionally when excited/crying or when wheels on bus she hand flap saying round and round but I think she thinks doing the same movement as the song Hates zips being near her neck will keep pulling them same with sleeves if long sleeves are over her hands she’s get upset and comes to me to fold them up When we’re in the car she hums Makes her self sick sometimes She puts her fingers in her ears like she’s itching for a couple of seconds not like covering them brang her to doctors they said she got a build up of wax so that could be that. Still waking throughout the night Hand leading? Maybe if she’s sitting with me I And I’m on Tik Tok she puts my hands on phone to scroll Things she can do! Point to what she wants she can clap and wave bye and hiya says shhh with her finger nods yes high fives says Dnno with her hands or hand over her mouth when something happens as she’s shocked. Point to her belly, ears, hands nose and teeth when asked Makes cow and sheep noises when sees animals Can say around 20/30 words but no sentences yet , says come here When the front door shuts she says bye bye Says go when I say ready steady or 2 when I say 1 , finishes nursery rhymes as in screams when I say don’t forget to scream in row row your boat Loves bubbles and says bubbles , pop when blowing bubbles Pretend to feed her dolls stuffed animal with her bottle or put her shoes on her toys Gets her sippy cup , blanket , ball , shoes when asked When she sees me with my shoes or my keys she cry’s to be picked up as in she knows I’m leaving Says yes or no to stuff Gives me the tv remote when she wants it on or changed Waves to strangers or ask them for high five When I get to my mums house she says nana She approaches other children or waves and smiles at them If she hears a baby crying she says baba She plays well with Lego blocks she goes to the snack drawer help her self and ask us to open for her she put her finger in her mouth and pretends to brush her teeth If I put her on toilet she uses it accordingly Eye contact seems fine and responds to her name 90% of time unless she’s completely engrossed in tv or her toys If I say ‘I love’ she points to herself She gives us kisses randomly mostly when she wants something , and says tata (thanks) when we give her something Share her food with me or shows me her toys When voicing my concern I’m being told it’s normal toddler behaviour or im overthinking she is my first child so I haven’t got anything to compare to but I’m not sure I’ve spoke to my health visitor they said they won’t see us until January until she’s at least 18 months what do you guys think? Have I got a cause for genuine concern or have I gone down rabbit hole 🕳️ I know it not the end of the world if she does have autism but I’d like to get her help as early as possible if need be if anyone of you where in my shoes what would you be thinking? Is she she showing obvious signs and I’m in denial or am I over thinking

My toddlers autistic and he doesn’t do anything your little girl does and he’s non verbal. I’d say it’s normal toddler behaviour

@Sam thanks for reply my family members are saying I’m mad for thinking so but have had strangers point out hand flapping she doesn’t do it all day everyday but when she’s having a tantrum or excited she will do it for a few seconds

I understand completely but if it’s just the hand flapping I wouldn’t worry. My oldest son did this when excited and he’s not autistic. But she’s doing lots of things that suggest she isn’t. Like my toddler who is autistic can’t follow instructions, doesn’t play with toys or even recognise other children.
