Are you pumping or direct feeding? Is there a reason you want to stop? BM works on supply and demand. If the demand cuts out/slows down, so does the supply.

@Kirsten I'm doing direct not really a reason I'm just unsure because my son turned one and I don't know if I should continue or not I'm just wondering if there's other mothers out there who are still breastfeeding there child and what age did they stop

@Selena you absolutely can continue to feed. Just because babe has turned 1, doesn't mean you have to stop. If you WANT to stop though, I'd suggest doing so gradually. Allow your boobs to adjust to the new normal over time. At one, bub should start to get more nutrition from solid foods too. So may even cut back naturally over time.
