My son doesn't like his blanket, so I just put him in a footed pj onesie

Lack of details makes this question impossible. What’s the temp in the room?

@Chella as he doesn’t put anything on him At alllll so I put heating on all night otherwise he gets cold 24,25 but our radiator not full it’s on 3

Sleeping bag ?

That’s actually really hot. Optimal sleeping temp is 15.5-20 if they have both footy PJs and a sleep sack so for 24-25 I’d only put him in a onesie or MAYBE footy PJs but that might even be too hot.

Sleeping bag with legs/feet

Sleeping bag, or togged pjs

Have you tried sleep sack?

@Chella that's what I was thinking too🥵

Fleece footie PJs

@Celecia noooo I haven’t x

Yes! My daughters room is the coldest and hottest room in the house 🙄 so when she was a baby and even now as a toddler, she slept in fleece and if reallllly cold would layer underneath but she didn’t need it. We also bought a nice oil metal portable heater that goes in in the winter. She knows not to touch it and when an infant would never be in a situation where she touched it

@Taylor I’ll defo buy these ones x

@Taylor so just with vest on and these

Yess that would work great. I’ve never used that brand but it looks pretty comfy

We put socks on with shorts or pjama bottoms

Yeah we would put a body suit under if it was really cold but honestly just a nice thick fleece footies PJ might be warm enough!

@incognito @taylor the baby is going to overheat if he’s in fleece footies at the temperatures the mama mentioned, if you use those please bring the temp down to 15-20 C

@Chella didn’t see the temp and I’m in US. What’s the temp?

@Taylor she said in a comment the below, which would be 75-77F “@Chella as he doesn’t put anything on him At alllll so I put heating on all night otherwise he gets cold 24,25 but our radiator not full it’s on 3”

Ahh thanks then in that case, id be worried it’s way too hot! I’d have a ceiling fan on and breathable bamboo . In the US I like Kyte baby and little sleepies. The initial comment confused me with the heat situation 😅

my son sleep with a winter sleep sack right now if it hot he still sleep in a sleep sack but one for summer (feel more like a little blanket)

@Rosany how much togs is it xx

@Chella yeah ofc if he’s in fleece pjs I would never put the heating on

The reason this “put the heating on” is so vague is because we had no idea what kind of climate you are in. Where I’m at it gets around 4-5 C outside at night in the winter so I have to turn on the heat just to keep the room at 20, otherwise it’ll drop to 15 in the house. This is why I brought up optimal sleeping temperature. Regardless if your baby is wearing nothing 24-25 is still too hot for baby. I just wasn’t sure if you thought babies had to sleep in hotter temperatures, it’s a common misconception that leads to overheating. Just wanted to help

i have two winter sleep sack (fussy one teddy bear) for when its 21 and under in my room also i live in canada the winter are pretty cold and summer sleep sack for spring and summer time when is 22 in my room or his room

Footed sleepers and a sleep sack!
