Please advise

I’m really anxious that my son is showing signs of autism he is 11 months and has just stated to crawl, he is the most twistiest baby ever , he moans/hums (I don’t no how else to describe it till morning till night it’s draining me, he isn’t saying words such a ms mamama dadada etc , he gives eye contact and responds to his name 90% of the time , the reason I’m worried is because my second son has a disability and I’m worried how I’ll cope , is this fussiness a sign of autism or am I over thinking it ?

What are the signs you believe he has autism? Are you uk based?

Sounds very similar to my son

He may have it, it’s possible. It’s best to see a paediatrician, bring videos etc of your concerns - it might just be global developmental delay which he could grow out of with extra assistance. In any case, if he does have autism, picking it up this early will benefit him greatly. Try and stay calm and just do what you can to get the evidence together that you need to show the paediatrician. The best thing to do is early intervention if he is showing any signs of delay.

I wouldn’t say he is delayed on his 10 month questionnaire he scored great in problem solving , personal social and fine motor , he scored ok on gross motor and low on communication , he is pointing but not clapping or waving, it’s this constant whining /humming it’s draining me , he is aware of his bothers and laughs with them but something seems off , other ppl always say how whinny he is x

To add he likes to put his comfort blanket on his face when tired x

If he’s giving eye contact, responds to his name and isn’t delayed I’d say he’s fine. My 2.5 year old is autistic and he didn’t do any of those things those were the first things we noticed. No eye contact, didn’t respond to name and behind on his development
