Bottles

How’s everyone making bottles on the go? I’m due in 2 weeks and haven’t thought about it! Prefer not to use the nuby rapid method

There is nothing wrong with the Nuby Rapid Cool. We used it when our little boy was a baby & it was a godsend. It's one of the best things to be invented.

I use a flask of hot and a flask of cooled boiled water. Depending on the amount of ounces depends on how much hot to cold. I'm not a fan if the rapid cool but that's my choice. I just found the flasks easy for me.

Does rapid cool take formula

@Laura I didn’t know you could use hot and cold boiled water to make bottles!! This is genius as I have so much anxiety when we go out and I know he’s going to need more than one bottle. Is there a ratio of hot to cold you usually use?

Can I ask why you don’t want to use the rapid cool? It’s an absolute life saver, you don’t have to put the formula in it, can just use boiling water only. Much easier then carrying around two flasks!

@Rachel could not agree more!!

@Anabella yes it does

When I did use formula I used premade when out. I just filled the bottle to where we needed it and then heated up with boiling water. But if we were doing formula full time (which we never did because I'm an exclusive pumper) I would use the rapid cool nuby or the hot shot method

Rapid cool is amazing life saver IMO x

I bought 3 rapid cools and have 1 in a box still which hasn't been opened / used. DM me if you want to buy it cheaper than on Amazon xx

Rapid cool all the way with hot shot method, why don’t you want to use it?

If you're going out for a short trip make a fresh one before you leave it's for two hours once cooled to be used or if longer they make pre mades

I use nuby rapid cool but do the hot shot method, so that I don’t have to keep sterilising it after each use out.

I do the same as @Laura and basically do the hotshot method so either an ounce or 2 of hot water, formula then cooled boiled water

@Reema thank you so do you have 2 flasks for this? Cold water and one for hot water?

@Sophie yes I have two flasks. A thermos one for hot water as they keep water hot for several hours and the other one is a cheaper flask
