Did anyone do the membrane sweep during pregnancy? How was it?

It's a little uncomfortable in the moment but over super quickly. It separates the amniotic sac from the cervix to induce labor. My water broke the next morning.
Same mine broke the very next day and it wasn’t painful just uncomfortable
It didn’t do anything for me. Ummm I was induced and other things were worse but as one of the doctors said “there’s a goal at the end of all of it”
@Kere would you recommend it to others to do it?
@Nichole yeah i heard it helps start labor for some people
Everyone's experience with it is different. I was unsure about it at first too but my options were limited as I was a high risk due to age. I was a week early.
