I second Amazon Fire! There’s a bunch more options for child locks and security etc on things compared to iPads and such
My 5 year old have an Amazon tablet before he turned 1 (his god mother got it for him for Christmas). But he didn’t start using it until after he turned 2. He now just use our old iPhones that only works with WiFi.
