Fresh or frozen meat?

Trying to save money but I won't compromise taste and texture.

Fresh is always going to be better Slow cooking frozen helps the texture and taste though

Local butcher shops tend to be cheaper than some grocery store for fresh meats. Especially if you buy a lot

I get frozen turkey it’s only $2 a pound here for me. It’s better than some of the fresh turkey options I’ve bought. I also buy frozen fish I personally prefer it. I have kids and dinner plans get moved around so I never have to worry about things going bad in the fridge.
