5weeks continuous after the c section but then no period until 6 months
4wks pp bleeding, then stopped for a week, I'm currently on week 10 of bleeding... Waiting to speak to my doctor about it again today 🤦♀️
I bled for 3ish weeks then period at 6weeks PP I wasn’t able to breastfeed which is why it came back faster 🙂
There is no normal with any of this! I didn’t bleed at all following either elective. Had a pad whilst I was in hospital but by the time I was discharged 24hr later no need. Despite EBFing both children had my period at 12 weeks with him and then it was like clockwork and no heavier than pre pregnancy. She’s 16 weeks but no sign of a period.
I had 6 weeks total. 1 heavy, 2 medium, the remaining 3 very light. I'm EBF and not had a period since. 17 weeks pp.
Bled for 5 weeks then a few days later got my period
Bleed for 10 wks 2 wks break bleed for 12 days heavy after me last pregnancy/section 😢
Only bled for a week and then spotting for another week. Just in normal period knickers, nothing heavy.
First baby 6 weeks, second baby 3 weeks
8 weeks for me, but it wasn't heavy like a period the whole time. Also I bled while at the hospital, then there was no blood while at home, but it restarted after my 2 week checkup and kept going until 8 weeks pp.
With my first I bled for 2 weeks, it stopped and then came back for a further 3 weeks x
I had pretty heavy bleeding for 8-9 weeks. At my 6 week postpartum visit I was told this much wasn’t normal and had an ultrasound which confirmed some of my placenta was left in my uterus. I had a D&C scheduled at 8 weeks and then had some very light residual bleeding for about a week. Period came back at 6 months while EBF and was relatively normal (a little variation on length but not much)
I bled for around 4-5 weeks
I bled after having my daughter for around 8/9wks - after about 2wks it wasn't that heavy though, but was pretty constant. I then had about a 2wk gap then my 1st period arrived - it was the heaviest period I'd ever experienced & did last longer than I'd normally have (all pretty normal & expected however) x
